On November 19, 2018, Sakhalin Energy successfully ran a casing string of 244.48 x 11.99 mm L80 type 1 with TMK UP PF premium threaded connection in the Piltun-Astokhskoye field in the Sea of ​​Okhotsk. Drilling was carried out on the Molikpaq platform. The string was run into a directional water injection well. The depth of the sea in the area of ​​works is 30 meters. The pipe was run downhole under the supervision of the service division of TMK-Neftegazservis. The total number of pipes that were run downhole amounted to 264 pieces. The string was tested for leaks with 1.32 SG drilling mud at a pressure of 2,900 psi with a holding time of 30 minutes. The pressure drop was 0 psi, the string is tight.
